Therapy works best when it honours all of who you are — your story, your identity, your culture, and the way your body holds your experiences. This is a space built on safety, dignity, and radical inclusion, where you can show up exactly as you are.

How We'll Work Together

Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. That's why I blend evidence-based approaches with deeply compassionate, identity-affirming care — tailored to what you need. Here's what that can look like:

  • Understanding Your Nervous System Your brain and body are always trying to protect you. I'll help you understand why you react the way you do — and work with your biology, not against it, to create real, lasting change.

  • Mindfulness & Slowing Down  Together we'll build your ability to notice what's happening inside you — without judgment. This creates the breathing room to respond to life's challenges in new ways, rather than feeling stuck in old patterns.

  • Rewriting Your Story The beliefs we carry about ourselves aren't always true — they're just familiar. Through Narrative Therapy, we'll challenge the stories that hold you back and build a new one that centres your strengths, values, and agency.

  • A Space That's Truly Yours I offer affirming, inclusive care for the LGBTQ2SIA+ community, people in non-traditional relationships, and folks of all body types and backgrounds. You won't need to explain or justify yourself here.​

  • EMDR Therapy If past experiences are still weighing on you, EMDR is a powerful, research-backed tool that helps your brain process and heal from trauma — big or small.

Your cultural background isn't an "add-on" to therapy; it is the lens through which you experience the world. I am committed to culturally responsive care that respects your unique heritage and lived experience.
