Trauma often feels like being "stuck" in a moment that has already passed. Whether you are dealing with a single event or a lifetime of smaller, compounding hurts, I am here to help you find your footing again.

I work with adults who have experienced a variety of trauma, including sexual violence and symptoms of PTSD. Trauma can take many forms—sometimes referred to as “big T” and “little t” experiences—and each person’s response is valid and deserving of care.

I offer a grounded, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Using a blend of traditional talk therapy, somatic-based approaches, narrative therapy, and EMDR, we will create an individualized plan that honours your story and focuses on your resilience. No matter where you are in your journey, there is room for you here to reflect, process, and heal.
